Intuitive Healing

From my healing practice near Wimbledon I provide 1-1 sessions using intuitive  energy healing and Sound Healing.  You’ll find the practice space nurturing and warm, which helps facilitate profound healing. 

I use a variety of energy healing methods, such as Reiki, and Sound Healing. Energy Healing is a  system that brings back to balance the electro-magnetic energetic fields of our bodies (Chakra balancing), strengthens our immune system, reduces/eliminates stress and activates our body’s innate self-healing abilities by removing energy blockages.

Living beings have energy fields that support their health and vitality. Energy blocks, on the other hand, impede innate flow of energy, causing not only health problems, but also negative life circumstances like financial troubles or relationship problems, according to belief. Energy blocks of any living being can be treated, according to belief. I focus on sensing energy blocks and moving the energy for the greatest good of the client.

Reiki is a complementary therapy, which can be used alongside more conventional treatments, aiding recovery. It can also help you flow into a deep meditative state, which allows a meaningful connection to your subconscious self, helping to gain clarity on life’s issues. 

I also use Alchemy Crystal Bowls, which provide Pure Alchemical Crystalline Sound for healing and awakening. The Crystal Bowls produce the same waves as your brain, called Sine Waves, which allow your brainwaves to get into a theta state, ideal for profound relaxation and healing. I find that the combination of Reiki and the Crystals bowls work particularly well together. I also have found that the sounds from the Crystal bowls help with the integration in the healing session to help you feel whole again.

I’m intuitively guided to what you need in the session and will use a combination of chimes and tuning forks which emit different frequencies to help your body regain balance, removing any blocks and encouraging a full detoxification of your body and your own personal energetic field.
